No matter what background you're from, whether you've come from sort of a financial university education to someone like me who did languages and has really made a giant career path switch midway sort of through their career.

There's always offers of support and help sort of no matter what gender identity you have, no matter what sort of socioeconomic background you're from.

I think all of the leaders in charge and sort of the community as a whole really works to make sure that everybody has equal chance to access all of the resources available and should there be something that someone's missing and they're always working to continuously improve and make sure that everyone has what they need.
